    As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for the work done at site and will ensure it complies with ABB E-Mobility's and customer's standards, procedures, and policies. You will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job.

    Operations Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Reviewing and communicating all onsite entry requirements for FSE’s (Field Service Engineer) as well as making sure proper personal protective equipment is noted and available for the FSE’s prior to their visit.
    • Leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.
    • Assessing gaps with service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified.
    • Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure FSE resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.
    • Reviewing all service activities and trainings that are required for the job and ensuring that the FSE has the appropriate skillset, safety education, travel documents, security clearance, and certifications to complete the request scope of work.
    • Proactively maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database.
    • Working with Project Managers to schedule project support where FSE’s are utilized and collaborating with Operations Manager to coordinate scheduled deliverables and/or plans services to meet agreement entitlements.
    • Driving cost of poor quality to zero with minimal need to re-dispatch FSE’s to complete the tasks assigned. Additionally, tracking completion of service visits and ensures all documentation is completed in a timely manner.

    Your background

    • Completed commercial degree.
    • Very good German and English language skills are mandatory, French is a plus.
    • Strong customer orientation and collaborative working style.
    • Experience as well as knowledge in the MS Office 365 area.
    • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
