As Service Data and BI Analyst, you play an important role in managing the data analytics and business intelligence projects for Service and supporting in producing meaningful insights and metrics. You set standards for our end-to-end BI framework for Service Solutions. You will work closely with the business, and operational excellence teams to develop KPIs, dashboards and other analytics tools, and ensure business requirements are met You will be part of the Digital Service Tooling Team in Delft, which has a focus on developing a high standard of service on the various charging systems. We make sure all our products can be serviced, maintained, configured and diagnosed in the right way by the right service engineers. This means we are the interface between development and operations in the field, from drawing board to End of Life. This requires a strong knowledge of different aspects of our systems and as a team we make sure we cover all of the aspects. One of the key aspects to service chargers is our connected digital environment.

Your responsibilities

• Collect data and provides sound market and competitive intelligence analyses related to our Service Business.
• Participate with service management to contribute to strategic plans
• Extract and analyze data from multiple tools to measure effectiveness of current service activities and provide updates to the business;
• Develops and designs new dashboards, identifying the right metrics and lay-outs with the relevant business;
• Develops new analytics tools to support Service based on the latest market trends
• Drive data quality through collaboration with the local units and our central support team
• Keeps up to date on latest analytics technology and architecture trends through continuous learning
• Collates and prioritizes business and domain / functional use cases to architect and design solutions to meet business needs
• Drives “Self-Service” Business Intelligence, enabling our Service Business to have insights ready at their fingertips through tools, training, workshops and collaboration sessions

Your background

• You have a Master degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Intelligence or similar experience
• Experience with data management and transforming data into value
• Experience in Power BI (or other visualization tools), SQL, Data Warehousing, Python/R Excel, Power Point
• Some experience with developing basic AI and statistical models for predictions and forecasting.
• You are able to work independent and proactive.
• You are solution-oriented.
• Clear and direct communicator, tactical when needed.
• You are eager to learn and you are prepared to develop technical skills within this area.
• You have good communication skills towards both external and internal parties.
• You like working in a multidisciplinary team and you have excellent knowledge of the English language both speaking and in writing.
• Preferably also knowledge of Dutch and one or more other languages.
• Willing to travel from time to time.
