Drive service sales process in collaboration with the Service Manager and/or Sales unit. Generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated area(s). Main Accountabilities: 1. Service Implementation and Selling Designs and prepares ABB's Service offerings based on customer need and in coordination with the sales unit. To provide good quality services continuously, organize sustainable service structure includ-ing management of 3rd Party. Communicates contract details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy. To reach the service sales budget, sells various service (preventive maintenance, commission-ing, spare parts, upgrade proposals, preparing quotations) product portfolio. 2. Service delivery Plan and performs Service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment and routine mainte-nance independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site ac-tivity in different Service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.). Expertise various products and assist less experienced engineers. 3. Trouble- shooting Troubleshoots equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future with overseas factory. 4. Customer approach Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and ex-pectation. Maintains a good relationship with customers. Throughout the service work, Identifies new sales opportunities and communicates them internally. 5. General Administration Understand Legal request and ABB workflow, execute general administration work such as making con-tract, issuing PO, and Procurement. Coordinates, prepares, and ensures that needed materials, parts, and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities. 6. Documentation and reports Create needed documents for work such as commissioning manual. Prepares all documents and re-ports to be signed by the customer representative. Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed. Review and manage needed document provided by ABB factory or partner. 7. Health, Safety and Integrity Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reports unsafe practices and incidents.
