    Service Program Manager

    Implement strategic Service programs/tools/processes in the respective country. Coordinate with business/service managers to ensure a consistent approach to implementation and application of cross organizational tools to drive cost efficiency, focusing on building installed base knowledge, greater penetration and creating added value to the customer.

    Your responsibilities

    • Maintain updated information on the installed base systems at customer facilities.
    • Have reliable information on the equipment installed in the active stage in the bases installed in customer premises.
    • Responsible for new programs in the service area.
    • Follow up on customer maintenance.
    • Provide support through the tools that the service unit has to the correction team.
    • Drives the implementation of service strategy in the designated area by defining the detailed objectives, key results and milestones of the strategic.
    • Coordinates with the relevant service management teams and other initiative leads to define activities, guidelines, the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation.

    Your background

    • A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
    • 1+ years of experience.
    • English Intermediate Level.
    • A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
    • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
    • A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
