Service Project Manager

Working as a Service Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of the Projects ,Service Level Agreements and KPI’s defined in The Netherlands. Close cooperation with the Service Coordinator leading the project team, establishing the approach and overseeing hand-over, planning, and monitoring and control activities. In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project, as well as guiding, coaching, and developing the skills and knowledge of the project team.

Your responsibilities

• Defining project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule and risk management
• Monitoring project implementation to ensure best practices in terms of costs, resource efficiency, risk management and
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating with them and acting as the
• key contact for the customer
• Managing the SLA according to agreed requirements, ensuring that all targets are met, and that relevant guidelines are
• followed
• Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses and cash flow
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer

Your background

• More than 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, working as Project Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Management experience in project execution, with strong, well-developed communication, influencing and coaching skills
• A Master degree in electromechanics or automation is an advantage. You are capable of working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
• You have excellent knowledge of the English language both speaking and in writing.
• Willingness to travel
