Service Project Manager EV chargers

As Service Project Manager you play an important role in developing and managing the product service portfolio for EV chargers on local market. You ensure service product profitability, as well as professional product marketing in collaboration with our partners. Your focus is on field and digital services concepts, and related customer & ecosystem experience. The team has a drive for providing the best ser-vices for our state-of-the-art EV charging technologies. Will you answer the call to be at the core of our service for destination EV charging technologies?

Your responsibilities

• Manage the service offering portfolio and ensure the profitability of the service products & processes.
• Supervision over the execution of orders in accordance with the prepared offer in terms of costs, quality and timing.
• Online monitoring of the devices condition covered by service contracts.
• Coordination of complaints in consultation with the factory and subcontrac-tors
• Technical support for tendering team during preparing the offer.
• Supervision of the spare parts warehouse
• Ensure over the execution of tasks entrusted to service partners.
• Track & Monetize current installed base & existing ecosystems with the rele-vant offers.
• Use customers’ voices to identify customer needs
• Create and provide regular training for the partners on new service offerings and technologies
• Continuous improvement of internal processes and tools to increase effi-ciency and enable scalability.

Your background

• University degree or technical training in the field of electronics
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
• Fluent English at a level of everyday communication (B2)
• Desire to learn new technologies
• Ability and willingness to be a team player
