    Service Project Manager

    The role of Service Project Manager is responsible for build up the strong relationship with customer; identifying and establishing relationships with potential customers, understanding customer needs and transform/develop them into business opportunities for Process Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China.

    This position reports to

    Quality Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Being responsible for resource planning for service request of cross projects
    • Arranging mobilization for commissioning engineer as agreement with customer mutually
    • As soon as SAT starts, as focal contact point in front of customer, coordinating with original project team and sub vendors to get site punch closed
    • Being responsible for SAT progress management, regular review meeting with customer during SAT and make sure all SAT activities are on track
    • Managing warranty claim
    • Being responsible for service sales order management, look after order margin and push overdue payment
    • Providing technical advice and guidance to ensure that customers receive correct level of technical attention
    • Collecting lessons learned during service at site and feedback to QA team

    Your background

    • 5 years working experience preferably in analytical business
    • Site management experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas industries is preferred
    • A bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Process Engineering or related
    • Good Chinese and English communication skills both verbal and in writing
    • Good computer skills
