    Service Sales Manager

    You will be working as Service Sales Manager and will be reporting to Service Manager and will be a part of Robotics & Discrete Automation Business for Service & Digital Platform division, located in Chennai, India. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation of the service sales strategy for assigned area, to profitably achieve qualitative and quantitative targets for life cycle management, service products and solutions. Analyze service market potential, with full focus on installed base (IB) penetration and ensure customer relationship management. Lead and develop the Service Sales team to exceed the sales targets through high performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

    Your responsibilities

    • Handling system sales business (SS) across India for Robotics CS function and responsible for Meeting system sales business (SS) targets for India region & RC / RS region
    • Business includes products like selling upgrades, replacement , MAU, SAC and other upgrades products as mentioned on global SS Business portfolio. Should be willing to travel across country for service & sales -travel time >70% and have to travel at short notices including odd hours & weekends
    • Handling system sales team for robotics India and successful execution of system sales projects as per timeline, cost & deliverables commitment
    • Supporting other team members who are directly/ indirectly involved in system sales in other regions in terms of designing the solution, proposals and quotes and support other regions in winning such projects
    • Implementing strategies to meet business targets and also develop this business in coming years and to meet growth targets YOY for SP business
    • Have to maintain business profitability as per target. Business development of this business in India and exploring & developing new business areas. Should be maintaining cooperation, harmony with all robotics function as needed
    • Single point contact for global communications related to system sales business portfolio
    • Aligning with global system sales business teams for pricing, discounts, processes & budgets and should be ready for option to relocate if needed in future

    Your background

    • Bachelors in BE/B tech and required 15-20 years’ of experience in Robotics Sales & Solutions
    • Ability to develop new solutions as per applications and customer processes
    • Required good technical knowledge needed related to Robotics Products & Robotics application
    • Should have good Knowledge of South India Customer base & Geography and required excellent communication & Selling skills needed
    • Experience in People management & team management with handling business of 2-3 must have technical business and excellent knowledge needed in Excel, Power Point & SAP & SFDC
    • Experience in Service System Sales, Techno commercial, Customer handling and customer Centric attitude
    • Preferably experience of handling India business and required traveling needed across India
