As an experienced Technician, you will work with us to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied, because you are the guarantor that all services of service contracts are consistently provided and that systems operate smoothly. In addition, we trust that you will be able to explain the functionality of our systems to customers in a competent manner. Your responsibilities

• Connecting and starting up plants and systems - from initial commissioning and functional tests, through maintenance, optimization and adjustment, to acceptance Professional exchange of parts and modules and making corrections based on characteristic values
• Determination of the technical condition of the installation as well as UPS systems and, if necessary, consultation on preventive maintenance
• Precise diagnosis and specification of faults including meticulous fault analysis and suggestion Implementation of precisely tailored remedial measures
• Timely creation and editing of protocols, service reports and other documentation
• On-call service on weekends, Sundays and holidays within the framework of an on-call schedule - Telephone customer support included

Your background

• Successful apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician or electronics technician
• Ideally first work experience in working with UPS systems
• Excellent German and good written and spoken English
• Flexible, assertive personality who thinks entrepreneurially, has a clear customer focus and is able to deal with different
