Your responsibilities

• Agile and object-oriented software development in Java
• Designing and implementing a new IDE and tools that are used by other engineers for functional safety projects
• Reviewing software drafts and source code
• Creating automated unit tests and user documentation together with colleagues
• Creating required documents for TÜV certification

Your background

• Successfully completed technical education (university or comparable) or equivalent professional experience in software development
• Profound knowledge in the field of object-oriented software development
• Independent and systematic work approach, highly motivated and self-driven
• Enthusiasm for high-quality technical system solutions
• Very good English and German language skills
• (beneficial) Profound knowledge about Java
• (beneficial) Knowledge in the field of User Experience (UX)
• (beneficial) Experience with functional safety and suitable certification (IEC 61508 – Functional Safety Engineer)
