    Your responsibilities

    • Providing comprehensive support and guidance to clients, including the creation and delivery of necessary presentations

    • Conducting technical assessments, evaluations, and cost calculations for developing detailed proposals tailored to client needs

    • Analyzing and refining customer requirements to align technical needs with ABB's product portfolio

    • Leading the finalization of proposals and engaging in negotiations to reach agreements with clients

    • Coordinating and overseeing bid activities globally in collaboration with other ABB entities

    • Serving as a key point of contact and representative of technical expertise to build trust and client relationships

    • Managing technical aspects of client interactions to enhance trust and rapport with clients

    Your background

    • Several years of experience in plant engineering and control technology, preferably within the automotive sector

    • Bachelor's degree in Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field

    • Project management experience, preferably as a project lead, demonstrating expertise in plant engineering and robot systems within the Paint sector

    • Solid understanding of fundamental principles of control engineering and mechanical design

    • Familiarity with Paint sector plant engineering and integration of robot systems

    • Strong technical comprehension and aptitude for grasping complex technical requirements

    • Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken

    • High flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30%

    • Self-driven work approach, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills
