Provide technical solutions for drive service sales, mainly cooperate with sales engineers to visit customers, survey the operation of the drive on the customer site, provide reasonable suggestions for the stable and reliable operation of the customer’s drive, and provide customers with the overall upgrade and retrofits scheme based on the drive. At the same time to provide technical support related to drive system.
Your responsibilities
- Provide drive upgrading solutions
- Visit customers, promoted and trained service products
- Provide guidance and support during the execution of upgrading projects
- 4.Technical support for some related drive products
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical engineering, automation, or related majors
- In-depth understanding of the principle and engineering design of MV drive and LV multi-drive, and rich experience in application
- In-depth understanding of automation products related to drive, and have certain ability to upgrade automation products
- In-depth understanding of the process and industry characteristics of some main industries where drives are used, such as metal and pulp & paper
- Good communication skills and product presentation skills
- Good English communication skills, reading and writing skills
- Can cooperate with sales on business trips
- Familiar with ABB drive and automation system will be a plus
