A charging station alone is not enough to provide the expected service to develop electric mobility! It is its connectivity, interoperability, integration with various supervision platforms and all the associated solutions (plug & charge, payment, etc.) that will optimize the customer experience of electric charging. This is where the Solutions & Service engineer comes in. You are the expert, the Solutions & Services technical referent for the entire activity. In this role, you will act as a consultant, in the pre-project phase, to validate the technical feasibility of the recommended solutions; during the project, by coordinating the various stakeholders (internal and external) for successful integration (interoperability, supervision, project documentation) but also in the post-sales phase, to ensure continuity of service and improve customer satisfaction through advanced diagnostics and fault resolution. You will report to the Sales Operations Manager.
