As an IS Subject Matter Expert you will be responsible for ensuring, monitoring and improving mainly SOX Windows Servers security to meet service level commitments and internal ABB guidelines. Reporting to the IS Technical Service Manager, you will be accountable and play support technical role for all the areas associated with respective hosting services.

Your responsibilities

• Reviews SLAs and service metrics to monitor quality of Windows Servers security and initiates improvement actions to reach service level targets
• Ensures delivery results for Windows Servers are optimized to improve compliance and security
• Ensures Windows Servers are compliant with IS policies, architecture standards and any other applicable ABB Group Directives and ABB Group Guidelines
• Maintains constant dialogue with ABB Infosec, ABB compliance and ABB Hosting teams to ensure services are fit for customer needs without compromising security
• Works with suppliers to ensure delivery, SLA and quality of Windows Servers security is continuously improved
• Maintains constant dialogue with other service managers and IS domains functions to ensure alignment and integration with global IS domain strategy
• Supports major incident and critical situation resolution
• Consults and provides input for any incident, change or project which has, or might have, major impact on SOX servers security or associated solutions

Your background

• Around 5 years of systems administration (Windows Server) experience
• Extensive knowledge of Windows Servers/Active Directory in enterprise environments
• Extensive hands-on experience of implementing and administering Windows Servers, GPOs, user accounts, groups, audit logs, security hardening
• Scripting experience, mostly PowerShell
• Knowledge on ITIL process and IT service management
• Experience in implementing/administering SIEM systems (Splunk) and practical working experience in MNC global company will be a plus
• Experience in translating business requirements into technical ones
• Fluent spoken and written English, good communication skills
