    Position summary

    ontact in the internal sales department on all aspects of quotations and orders for protection and switching devices • Responsibility for technical and commercial order processing in close cooperation with the ABB factories involved • Preparation and dispatch of quotations to customers and careful checking of customer orders for conformity with the quotations • Coordination of all necessary internal steps to ensure smooth procurement of products • Organizing the necessary documents and information for technical queries as well as entering customer data and tracking the project status in SAP • Coordinating deliveries with order processing, ensuring that delivery deadlines and payments are met and supporting complaints management in close coordination with quality management
    Qualifications for the role

    • Successfully completed commercial or technical training, ideally with sales experience

    • Professional experience in internal sales is an advantage, but not a must

    • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP

    • Fluent written and spoken German and English

    • High customer orientation and enjoy finding suitable solutions for customers
