As a Sr. Sales for Electrification Business Area in Taipei City, Taiwan, you will be responsible for implementing the agreed sales channel strategy in specified market in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations.

Local Business Area Manager
Your responsibilities
- Implementing the agreed channel sales strategy and budget. Contributes to the identification of appropriate channels and targets. Providing channel strategy input for the sales team, and helps to harmonize the market sales and marketing plans
- Contributing in achieving key targets (e.g. volume, prices, mix) for the channel in the specified market and recruit new partners to explore the market. Creating detailed business plans, implement with regular follow-up
- Contributing in sales negotiations and negotiates frame agreements. Creating offers and proposals for channel partners in line with broader sales offers
- Identifying and evaluating channel partners together with the Channel or Sales Manager. Regularly reports progress against channel strategy, plans and budgets. Conducting analyses on channel activity and takes ownership for solving problems identified
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales and executing those activities that require channel/segment partner participation. Implementing the planned communication, promotion and training activities in the channel/segment
- Supporting in driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and other decision makers
- Supporting in evaluation/certification and training of channel partners
Your background
- A bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemical or electrical engineering or IT background is a plus
- Automation or electrical channel sales experience in industries over 4 years
- Good knowledge of ABB products/systems
- Able to integrate different products into one solution to customer
- Significant sales drive, focus energy to achieve and close profitable deals. Ability to push himself/herself to develop in line with the changes in the organization
- Excellent skills in Customer relations: Show a mature selling behavior and actively drives discussions and negotiations to the benefit of the business with customers
