    As Strategy Manager for North America you will be responsible to develop, implement and monitor long term growth strategy together with regional strategy manager and managing director for the Americas. The main goal is to achieve growth of B&Rs customer base and hit sales’ targets by successfully managing and oversees the above activities. In this role you make sure that regional goals and strategies are synchronized with the overall strategy of the region Americas and profitability targets are achieved.

    Your responsibilities

    • Identify B&R’s current position in the region and identify growth potentials (including development of new sales channels)
    • Execute market and industry analysis to develop strategic roadmap and market focus for the various countries in the region in coordination with the responsible CMD’s.
    • Select top target customers for the sales team in coordination with the regional teams
    • Guide and support the sales team in growing the business and winning top customers
    • Participate, coordinate and support major customer or target customer meetings by ensuring their perfect organization
    • Prepare and support the rollout of new products to your region
    • Facilitate international customers coordination and management in HQ
    • Coordinate dedicated key accounting managers
    • Ensure the success of the region achieving its profitability target
    • Taken on focused missions in other countries of the region Americas.

    Your background

    • Requires a minimum of a degree in engineering, business, or an equivalent discipline with 5 years’ experience in similar role
    • Broad experience with selling and supporting industrial automation solutions
    • Experience in a leadership role, better if internationally
    • Previous experience in industrial automation company is an advantage
    • Strong background in defining, selling and realizing Industrial Automation solutions
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and working well under pressure
    • First class interpersonal skills adapt at building and motivating high performance teams
    • Strong commercial acumen with strategic mindset
    • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong ambassador for the cultural values within your organization
    • Customer oriented approach, intuitive and fast reacting
    • Willingness to travel up to the 50%
