    Position summary

    • Work with suppliers to understand capacity and maximize output while minimizing ABB purchased and owned tooling.

    • Work with troubled suppliers on quality and production issues to ensure minimal impact on MONM operations.

    • Support suppliers in DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) items and cost reduction where technical support is necessary.

    • Act as a feedback to CM's, Quality and engineering on supplier issues where applicable.

    Your background

    • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years experience OR Master's Degree with minimum 6 years experience.

    • Preferred Experience Includes: Manufacturing, Castings, Motors, Stamping, Injection Molding, Engineering, Quality, ISO Certification, Lean Certification, SAP.

    • Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills

    • Strong manufacturing background.

    • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
