Your responsibilities
- Creating complaints and correspondence to the supplier as well as appropriate monitoring of measures and schedules in cooperation with internal support teams
- Internal coordination and accompaniment of instances when quality deviates from the standard due to the actions of the supplier
- Driving the analysis, request and validation of corrective measures
- Requesting and assessing suppliers’ measures for effectiveness
- Monitoring and releasing initial samples and special releases
- Supplier selection, supplier qualification and supplier management
- Auditing suppliers (worldwide)
- Cyclic creation and evaluation of quality-relevant statistics, including reporting to management
- Agreeing and monitoring quality objectives with international suppliers
- Documentation of supplier-specific agreements
Your background
- Completed vocational training (e.g. college or university degree) is preferred in the areas of electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or mechanical
- quality management training and/or initial experiences in the area of supplier quality and advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office is required, SAP knowledge an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German in addition to good written and spoken English
- Responsible, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Confident with very good communication skills in dealing with international suppliers
- Innovative thinking and keen awareness of quality
- Flexible and willing to travel
