    Your responsibilities

    • Creating complaints and correspondence to the supplier as well as appropriate monitoring of measures and schedules in cooperation with internal support teams
    • Internal coordination and accompaniment of instances when quality deviates from the standard due to the actions of the supplier
    • Driving the analysis, request and validation of corrective measures
    • Requesting and assessing suppliers’ measures for effectiveness
    • Monitoring and releasing initial samples and special releases
    • Supplier selection, supplier qualification and supplier management
    • Auditing suppliers (worldwide)
    • Cyclic creation and evaluation of quality-relevant statistics, including reporting to management
    • Agreeing and monitoring quality objectives with international suppliers
    • Documentation of supplier-specific agreements

    Your background

    • Completed vocational training (e.g. college or university degree) is preferred in the areas of electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or mechanical
    • quality management training and/or initial experiences in the area of supplier quality and advantage
    • Good knowledge of MS Office is required, SAP knowledge an advantage
    • Very good written and spoken German in addition to good written and spoken English
    • Responsible, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
    • Confident with very good communication skills in dealing with international suppliers
    • Innovative thinking and keen awareness of quality
    • Flexible and willing to travel
