    Position summary

    stipend will be offered for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location. Candidates are expected to manage their own commuting arrangements. This role is contributing to the Motion Service Team. You will be mainly accountable for: • Collaborating with various teams to support ABB's operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines. • Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements. • Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts. • Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills. • Experience with an ERP, specifically SAP, preferred • Support US MOSE SCM team with open PO management (Vendor acknowledgements and transportation planning) • Provide supply chain data analysis support (material flow and lead time optimization, cost management) • Support master data management for procurement (material lead time updates, import/export information) • Help expedite inbound material for customer sales orders and our repair workshop
    Qualifications for the role

    • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field, in the United States
    • Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
    • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
    • Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
    • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
    • Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress

This position is expected to pay between $20 - $34 per hour.
