Support Service Specialist

You will be working as Support Service Specialist and will be part of Electrification Business Area for Distribution Solutions Division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Support Service Manager and will be responsible for providing an auxiliary service to a Business/Division or Group. Engaging internal customers and drive efficient services in various administrative areas

Your responsibilities

• Providing a service to the relevant business to meet current needs, efficiently and effectively
• Performing tasks to high quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensuring relevant processes, policies and procedures are correctly implemented and makes suggestions for improvement
• Overseeing the delivery of services by external providers in line with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and reports any shortcomings and areas for improvement

Your background

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited university
• Minimum 4-5years of relevant experience in General Administration, Vendor Management, Cost control and Billing management, Contracts management, Security Operations management, MIS and Dashboard management, Scrap Management, Canteen Handling, Housekeeping and Landscaping operations, Stationery and consumables management, Events handling and management, Scrap handling
• Knowledge about IFM, Cabs and Hotel services handling
• Excellent english language skills, written and spoken
