    Position summary

    pain, Italy, Switzerland. • Facilitates execution and contributes to the foundation of key product related sustainability initiatives (Environmental Product Declarations, Circularity Assessments, EcoSolutionsTM launches). • Manages sustainability reporting objectives, in collaboration with internal teams across functions, while analyzing data to monitor the Division's performance and impacts. • Modifies or establishes reporting tools and processes to align with new standards/requirements. • Stays abreast of relevant sustainability trends and best practices, as well as changes in regulations, and provides consultation to the business(es), as required. • Identifies opportunities related to product circularity and energy efficiency and proposes, plans, and/or supports sustainability projects within the Division. • Creates internal and external communication materials around the Division's sustainability initiatives and accomplishments and represents the Division in internal or external meetings.
    Qualifications for the role

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Natural Sciences or Environmental Sciences.

    • At least three years of working experience in the field of sustainability including exposure on ESG reporting aspects.

    • Strong understanding of sustainability principles (value chain emissions, circularity, product life cycle assessments) with basic knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards.

    • Advanced data management and analytical skills.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team with proven organizational and project management skills.

    • Proactive with passion for making a positive impact on the environment and contributing to a more sustainable future.

    • Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
