    Deliver and implement Human Resources (HR) function/specialized area strategy in one or more HR functional areas in alignment with Group directives and wider HR strategy.

    Talent HUB Lead South America

    Your responsibilities

    • Partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through existing HR practices, processes, or policies in area of functional specialty.
    • Recommending new practices, processes or policies to improve HR function.
    • Proposing, developing and helping to implement special programs.
    • Using and updating various systems that aid with functional processes and procedures, including recommending changes to functionality and assisting in implementation/upgrades.
    • Aiding HR cross-functional initiatives.

    Your background

    • Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field.
    • 5 years of experience in similar position.
    • Management of ERP, ATS, or Talent Management CRM (Phenom, Taleo, Workday, SAP).
    • Advanced level of English is a must.
    • Solid experience recruiting profiles for Manufacturing and Electrical industries.
    • Experience with Virtual Assessment Centers, psychometric applications or similar.
