    You will be working as Talent and Learning Partner and will be reporting to Talent & People Development Manager and will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for delivering and implements (Human Resources) HR function/specialized area strategy in one or more HR functional areas in alignment with Group directives and wider HR strategy & managing the design for the learning solutions that are part of the Leadership Learning Ecosystem by understanding the business needs and making the connections with relevant content while ensuring best in class learning experience

    Your responsibilities

    • Translating the talent & learning priorities and global T&L programs, policies, and services into action for the function and hub
    • Contributing to the design of the global and functional talent & learning priorities by actively sharing inputs and industry best practice
    • Proactively identifying T&L needs based on business requirements in partnership with the responsible HRBPs and implement, reporting experiences and learnings to the global talent and learning team
    • Analyzing PDA learning needs and prepare the plan for the hub and creating and reporting learning metrics for the hub
    • Ensuring effective implementation of talent management program like example talent identification, career development, people review session (PRS), capability and workforce planning, high potential programs to include planning, stakeholder engagement, learning and communications efforts
    • Delivering on learning programs to support the business strategy like example, skill building and organizational effectiveness

    Your background

    • Degree in Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
    • Minimum 7-10 year’s experience in reputed organization
    • Should have good knowledge in L&D, change management, project management, organization project work
    • Should have technology inclination to explore, adapt new learning technologies, methodologies
    • Excellent communication skills
