Team Lead Order Handling (m/f/d)

As Team Lead Order Handling (m/f/d) you will lead and develop the Order Handling team around 15-20 employees) of the Robotics business in Germany. You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and customer oriented order handling process (from order intake until collection of overdues) by coordinating with Sales, Operations and other internal and/or external teams and driving end-to-end process improvements through standardization and automation.

Your responsibilities

• Developing and defining strategy and objectives for Order Handling department to achieve the targeted service quality, process efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Optimizing, standardizing and automating Order Handling processes with the aim of overall process optimization (end-to-end), introducing IT tools and automation solutions to further increase efficiency of processes
• Coordinating and supporting resolution of customer requests with Sales, Technical Sales Support and other internal and/or external teams (e.g. related to order confirmations, payments, customer portals)
• Overseeing the order processing, robotic ordering, invoicing and tracking process. Ensuring timely creation of orders confirmations, invoices for revenue recognition as well as active tracking of open invoice to ensure positive cash flow.
• Creating regular reports / statistics on the order fulfillment process and analyzing performance against standards
• Participating in global and local projects
• Promoting a culture of process improvements, business and result orientation

Your background

• At least 5 years experience in the field of Process Optimization or Order Handling
• Experience in Process Optimization with an IT and process affinity, experience in Change Management is a plus
• Good knowledge of SAP
• An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues, proven managerial experience is a bonus
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar, or commercial training with relevant work experience
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
