    tform. You will join the sales department within our Electrification division. This department specializes in the delivery of low and medium voltage solutions and services. We are a global player in the field of smart, safe, sustainable , and reliable solutions for the distribution of electricity. Our customers are located in the utility, industrial, and transport & infrastructure markets. Low Voltage Systems Sales & Quotation Specialist As Sales & Quotation Specialist, you will be responsible for the sales of Low Voltage Systems in your assigned market segment in the Netherlands. Customers for these systems typically have leading names and are typically in the manufacturing, industrial and energy sectors. With an eye for the customer you will have the solution for every energy distribution issue and help them in the energy transition. As S&Q Specialist, you are the driving force behind the Low Voltage Systems sales process. Your task will be to work closely with fellow account managers and the delivery organization to produce quotations that stand out in terms of both form and content. You will focus on both existing and new customers. You bring in qualified leads and make appropriate offers. To this end, you ensure that ABB's production units receive the right information to prepare the quotations technically and take into account in their capacity the orders you win. Based on technical specifications, you inquire about prices and delivery times. You take care of further order processing and speak to customers.

    Your responsibilities

    • You regularly consult with engineers inside and outside ABB about new solutions and developments.
    • You supervise extensive commercial projects and transfer to a project management colleague who takes care of delivery and execution.
    • You are seen by your customers as a serious and expert discussion partner.
    • You are able to actively maintain and expand your network at all levels within the client's organization. You are able to convince, both at decision-maker level and on the work floor.
    • You are keen to further develop your commercial and technical knowledge.
    • Do you get a lot of space to fill this position in your own way and a lot of responsibility in making decisions.
    • You are the business card of ABB to our customers.
    • You will maintain contacts with the ABB factories with the aim of making price and delivery negotiations run smoothly and keep up to date with the latest technological developments. These contacts with the factories in various countries are in English. So you are working in an international setting, this offers a huge perspective on both a personal and business level.
    • You will build a technical-commercial relationship with our customers, using your technical knowledge to advise the customer in the choice and decision for the different solutions and products.

    • You are precise and driven by nature. This drive helps you get to know the responsible segment and customers better, make plans, and execute them. You know how to convince and can enthusiastically bring others along with you. A wait-and-see attitude does not suit you at all, because you like to take the initiative. You can empathize with the segment and the customers, and you are bold enough to get to the bottom of the customer question. ABB is looking for a Sales & Quotation Manager with:
      • Hbo work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of.
      • Electrical Engineering and/or Energy Engineering, possibly supplemented with (Technical) Business Administration.
      • Knowledge of low voltage installations
      • Demonstrable commercial skills and technical knowledge.
      • Good command of the Dutch and English language.
      • Preferably living centrally in the Netherlands and in possession of driving license B.
