Responsible for internal and external customer care (e.g., technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordination of relevant functions to have complete case ownership and increase customer satisfaction.

Product Manager
Your responsibilities
- Design of electrical systems in medium and low voltage.
- Validation of customer input information.
- Validation and engineering approval issued by feed mills.
- Attestation and approval of FAT tests.
- Technical support to the sales team, Marketing and offers.
Your background
- Bachelor's Degree in Electric, Electromechanical Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in similar position.
- Management of EPLAN and AutoCAD design tools.
- Experience in design of medium and low voltage electrical systems.
- Knowledge of electrical systems: Switchgear MT-BT, MCC-MT-BT, Reclosers, MT yard equipment, control, and protection boards.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced English level.
