We are looking for a Technical Manager. You will be a part of the department's management team and actively participate in strategic decisions. You will be responsible for assisting the department with technical expertise.

Your responsibilities

• Be responsible for the department "Repair, Technology & Assembly".
• Be responsible for 7 Service Technicians and their daily work.
• You will lead and help the group to prioritize their tasks.
• Act as a link between the group and other decisions makers.
• Be part of audit/revision.
• Be responsible for the work environment.
• Find new opportunities and maintain the high quality level on our services.
• You will set salaries.

Your background

• Technical education at university level or equivalent competence.
• Leadership training.
• Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of electrical safety.
• Good general technical knowledge.
• It is advantageous if you have previous experience within a technical or managerial role.
• It is advantageous if you have knowledge of TÛV, ABB products as well as good knowledge of electrical safety.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
