    Your responsibilities

      • Organizational
    • Develop and implement product compliance processes that align with industry regulations and standards.

    • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards, and communicate relevant information to cross-functional teams.

    • Manage product or project certification and labeling requirements.

    • Develop product compliance champions within the organization to support ongoing compliance efforts.

      • Operations
    • Conduct project risk assessments and provide guidance for risk mitigation.

    • Authorize projects to move forward or recommend re-work based on compliance standards.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance in the sales and execution phase.

    Your background

    • Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, chemical or similar fields)
    • Strong strategic and leadership skills
    • Good communication skills in conveying information in clear terms to people of various background
    • Good organizational skills to handle effectively plan and prioritize tasks.
    • High level of self-motivation and curiosity to learn
    • Past exposure to the Machinery Directive or Functional Safety is of advantage
    • Background in the processing industries such as mining, chemical, oil and gas, or similar fields is of advantage
    • Fluency in English and German. Any additional language is an asset.
