    Position summary

This role is contributing to the Smart Power business in Philippines. - Creating and implementing a long-term promotional strategy with technical promotional activities plan for a dedicated target group - Aligning the promotional strategy and activities plan with the sales strategy and sales activities plan - Ensuring that the Promotions team supports the Sales organization by providing on-time and quality technical support and technical training to the target audience resulting in high customer satisfaction - Creating business opportunities by providing support and fostering collaborations with key decision-makers, both within buying and non-buying segments - Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques - Ensuring that the Promotions team possesses the capability to establish and maintain effective, long-term relationships and ensuring a positive customer target group experience throughout various promotional activities - Providing support to customers, particularly consultants, engineering firms, and architect offices, in project development and technical problem- solving - Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establishing regular reports and statistics for promotional activities - Reviews and analyzes performance against set standards and prepares improvement plans
    Qualifications for the role

    • Tertiary or degree qualifications in engineering (electrical) / commercial qualification or recognized equivalent

    • Experience in managing and leading a team

    • Computer literacy and competent in using SAP (preferable), MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project Salesforce are essential

    • Experience in financial reporting and will be comfortable tracking costs

    • Time management, co-ordination, accuracy, attention to detail and performing in a pressure environment are necessary

    • Good communication skills and assertive business acumen
