    Position summary

    h product releases. • Product Demos & Training: Help create and deliver demos and training materials for users. • Hands-on Product Experience: Test the product to ensure accurate, practical documentation. • Content Maintenance: Update documentation with product changes and feedback, ensuring accessibility. • Collaboration: Work with developers, product managers, support, and marketing to ensure accurate documentation and align content with promotional materials.
    Qualifications for the role

    • Native or near-native fluency in English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
    • Proven experience in drafting, creating, and proofreading technical documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and API documentation in both English and German.
    • Strong ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation.
    • Eagerness to experiment with and learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
    • Hands-on approach to product testing to create rich, experience-based documentation and demos.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a passion for clarity.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
