Technology Product Manager

As a Technology Product Manager - PA Digital Global Solutions, you will report to the Product Director, PA Digital The work model for the role is : #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to Process Automation business for Process Automation Digital division based in Bangalore, India You will be the product manager for one of the PA Digital flagship products and own end to end functionality of the component. You will work closely with different Global stakeholders like Business Unit teams, Digital Business Unit Leads, Development Team, User Experience Team, Quality Engineering, Documentation and End Customers. You will represent the "Voice of the customer" by maintaining and prioritizing the backlog in consultation with Product Management Team, to ensure that the teams are working on stories that maximize business value and deliver necessary functionality to all customers. You will take complete responsibility and ownership to deliver PADI products.
Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 14+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of success in APM software or related fields.
• Experience in working on APM software with focus one or more of the following industries such as Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining, Water, Chemicals etc.
• A deep understanding of Asset Performance Management principles and technologies, including performance monitoring, predictive maintenance, digital twin, asset modeling, and reliability analysis.
• Proficiency in both on-premises and Azure technologies, with the ability to explain their technical aspects and business benefits.
• Proven experience in generating and defending product priorities with strong evidence from customer cases
