Temp OHS Specialist (1 year contractor)

HSE excellence along the ABB value chain. The work model for the role is: onsite in TSMC AP8 You will be mainly accountable for: • Reporting HSE incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions. • Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks. • Providing feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across ABB. • Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.
Qualifications for the role

• College/University graduated with major in civil engineering, occupational health & safety or electrical and electronic engineering
• At least 2 years working experience
• Good knowledge of local occupational safety and health related laws
• Certified at least with 營造甲種業務主管
• Good in communication and risk management skills
• Ability to work independently and he/she must be patience with a sense of urgency
• Experienced in leading, managing OHS affairs internally and externally (project, work site)
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence employees and contractors to follow ABB OHS guidelines and local regulation requirement
• Experiences of construction project execution is a plus
• Good written and verbal of both English and Chinese.
