    Tender Specialist / Operational Sales Manager TEC (80-100%)

    In this position, you will be the expert in delivering competitive bids, estimates and quotes to customers for MV Drives projects for global customers in metals and test stand segment. Your attention to detail, structured approach, and ability to negotiate with multiple partners will be vital to successfully serve selected customer and markets. This position is graded as 13.

    Your responsibilities

    • Ensuring timely and accurate creation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders
    • Managing all aspects of the bid — including commercial, technical, financial, product management and risk reviews
    • Direct contact to customers and leading negotiations
    • Strong collaboration with Global Account Sales, Account Managers and Industry Sales team
    • Coordinating with the supply chain to identify suppliers for equipment and materials, through regular studies of customer needs and market trends
    • Contributing to an effective, positive customer relationship throughout the sales process
    • Examining and reporting on the results of tenders and identifying areas for improvement to increase success

    Your background

    • ~5+ years of experience in preparing bids and tenders or working as electrical engineer with electric motors or power electronic in the industrial market
    • Knowledge of Power electronic, power grids and/or electric motors
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
    • A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skills
    • Structured work approach
    • A degree in Electrical engineering
    • Fluency in English is a must. Command of German language is a benefit
