    Position summary

    • Follow up on key performance indicators, identify changes, propose improvements to our programs and processes in order to provide a better employee experience and increase the efficiency of administrative processes
    • Go-to person for employees, vendors and HR colleagues regarding the administration of pension plans and group insurance matters as well as for other local programs
    • Participate in special projects such as harmonization, outsourcing, standardization, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
    • Participate in the deployment of global programs such as the annual merit increase and the annual incentive campaign and the employee share acquisition plan
    • Coordinate the renewal process for group insurance programs and the deployment of other local programs

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or other relevant work experience
    • More than 5 years of experience in compensation, pension and benefits
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in French and English requirements are also present as this position will service all of Canada.
    • Good analytical skills
    • High level Excel skills and overall ability to learn new systems and applications
    • Knowledge of SAP HR is an asset
    • Experience working in large matrix organization is an asset
    • Team oriented person
    • Sound judgment
