    Position Objective: Trade Compliance & Logistics Coordinator’s role is to promote company-wide trade compliance initiatives in regional distribution center together with global trade compliance team. The coordinator must understand corporate objectives and translate them into local initiatives, work with the functions and departments to ensure that their operations and processes are consistent in all respects with ABB TC Policy and Standards and comply with the relevant trade (import/export requirements, etc.,) laws and regulations.

    Your responsibilities

    • Responsibilities:
    •  Co-operate with ABB trading compliance team to develop relevant procedures or assist the departments and other functions to develop procedures as necessary.
    •  Co-operate with TMC team to make sure the accuracy of the HTS and export control classifications
    •  Implement yearly import, export and supply chain security audit program together with CTCO
    •  Participate ABB regional & global TCO forums.
    •  Manage the trade compliance topics in regional level to be able to fore see the possible risks as well as implement the mitigation activities.
    •  Daily collaboration with our order handler / purchasing team when it comes to trading compliance & logistics issue.
    •  Co-ordinate between RDC warehouse & TMC on logistics (domestics & overseas) related issues solving.
    •  KPI follow up with different parties from logistics and DCM point of view.

    Your background

    • Requirements:
      1. Bachelor’s degree in international trading or related major
      1. 3 years+ experience on import/export of global trading business
      1. Fluent in Mandarin and English (both oral and writing) - must
      1. Good interpersonal communications skill
      1. Good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (special in Excel)
      1. Available working under time pressure
