This position reports to

Your responsibilities

• Planning of the practical assignments in close coordination with the training partners
• Continuous analysis of needs and ongoing adaptation of the practical phases
• Implementation of new learning and training methods as well as execution of technical training content
• Coordination and communication with vocational schools and dual universities
• Supervision of trainees and dual students during the entire training period
• Creation and maintenance of training plans
• Organization and implementation of the hiring process for new trainees and dual students
• Planning and organizing trade fairs and school visits as part of the training marketing activities
• Internal and external marketing of the training portfolio

Your background

• You have a degree in the commercial field or comparable training.
• Professional experience in the field of training and learning & development would be an advantage and round off your profile.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
• You are enthusiastic about the topic of training and about developing young adults.
