Your responsibilities

• Planning of the practical assignments in close coordination with the training partners
• Continuous analysis of needs and ongoing adaptation of practical content
• Implementation of new technologies, learning and training methods and execution of technical training content
• Coordination and communication with partner universities
• Supervision of students during theory and practical phases
• Creation and maintenance of training plans
• Participation in trade fairs, school visits on the subject of training marketing
• Internal and external marketing of the training portfolio

Your background

• You have a university degree in the technical field.
• Professional experience in the field of training, learning & development or in sales and product management would be an advantage and round off your profile.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
