ABB Motion keeps the world turning, while saving energy every day. The role reports to the Manager Training & Development 2 and is located in New Berlin, Wisconsin. As a College Internship Summer 2023-Undergrad-Training & Development, you will be supporting trainers, eLearning developer, and Training Coordinators in administrating classes, content, documentation, and eLearning content creation.

Your responsibilities

• Assist in coordination of training events
• Assist trainers with training content development
• Assist eLearning developer with content development
• Database data entry and management
• Update marketing and communications content
• Mentoring and networking opportunities
• Personal and professional development programing will be offered to all interns. This programing will include global and local sessions

Your background

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in the US
• Familiar with Office suite of software tools ie. Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Working knowledge of databases and their functionalities
• Ability to work with a team of professionals multi-tasking several projects and deliverables
• Must be currently authorized to work for ABB in the US
