You will play a vital role in the Talent Acquisition function, partnering with the business and HR leaders, focusing on Employer Branding, Early Talent Initiatives, Employer Branding and Events for B&R (ABB Machine Automation division) globally, with particular focus on Austria. Reporting to the global University Relations, Early Talents and Employer Branding Manager and in constant contact with the Talent Acquisition Lead and rest of the global team, you will drive energizing initiatives, attracting the best candidates in line with Global and business strategies. Your responsibilities

• Build solid networks with Universities, Students’ associations and subject specific networks (i.e. engineering associations, female students’ networks, etc.) identifying their success factors and positioning as the employer of choice.
• Build early talent program frameworks and best practices, supporting the countries in adopting them.
• Develop a sound Employer Branding strategy and action plan, partnering with the business to make it happen
• Cooperate closely with local marketing and education networks, organize and attend job fairs
• Innovate the way we attract candidates – think different, partner with the business to bring their knowledge/technology to the potential candidates.
• Contribute to the review of the process we use in the attraction and hiring of early talents, including the ones in our programs, to make them more efficient. Keep KPI and data tracking.
• Manage the given budget

Your background

• Degree in Business/HR/Communications related fields and experience in Employer Branding/Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international corporation.
• Experience with branding and communication, developing marketing and social media campaigns and plans is considered an asset.
• Good knowledge of the Austrian talent market and university network would be a plus
• End-to-end process thinking and experience of managing projects.
• Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leadersV
• You can use German and English professionally.
• You are a very good communicator with clear customer service orientation
• Self-driven, resilient, energetic and inclusive.
