You will be mainly accountable for: • Capacity management and competence development • Organizing and prioritizing work and resources efficiently • Leading verification planning and execution in projects • Ensuring that product compliance, quality and reliability targets are met • Developing and optimizing product development flow, verification methods, tools and processes • Dealing with third party certification programs based on ISO 17025 • Striving to build a continuous improvement culture You will join a dynamic, talented and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role

• Several years of experience in electrical engineering, working with verification, design or product compliance is essential
• Ability to demonstrate sound knowledge of testing and electrical safety is essential
• You enjoy communicating with people and possess the ability of seeing the big picture
• You possess innovative, open-minded and stress-tolerant personality with a problem-solving approach to work
• You enjoy playing in the team and have great social skills
• Established knowledge of drive-related standards and ISO17025 is an advantage
• You are at ease communicating in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in team leading and/or project management is an advantage
• Ideally, you have knowledge of drives and power electronics products and business
• D.Sc., M.Sc. or B.Sc. in electrical engineering, power electronics or similar field
