    Position summary

    lities. • Identifies and recommends technical equipment and facilities improvements as necessary. • Optimizes warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization. • Recommends measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment. • Supervises and assists in daily warehouse and shipping operations. • Ensures stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting. • Ensures set productivity and key performance indication (KPI) targets are met by motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce.
    Qualifications for the role

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software, S&OP, and ERP systems.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
    • Fluent in English is mandatory, and better to have if German
