    Water&Wastewater and HVACR Business Developer

    Working as a W&WW and HVACR Business Developer, you will be working with internal teams to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for developing business in both strategical Segments especially in Center area and implementing sales and marketing strategies for Drives and PLCs products to achieve ABB market penetration and growth aspirations in Spain. Being responsible for promoting visits to key customers and influencing on key players and the sales department to develop the business. Collaborates with Segment leader and with the sales team to define and execute action plans to both achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. We look for a customer-oriented profile with team spirit, collaborative, dynamic and especially proactive.

    Your responsibilities

    • Reports to the Segment leader and sales Manager to develop W&WW and HVCAR initiatives in the region.
    • Focus on prescription and promoting on public entities, engineering and exploitation companies.
    • Identifying the players map and new application development or enhancements, and creating innovative solutions to meet customers’ needs.
    • Helping to resolve customers’ issues with Drives and PLCs— which may involve visiting customer sites.
    • Supports sales development in the region defining and developing application team and application sales strategy.
    • Working with others to define marketing plans and tools, while promoting sales activities.

    Your background

    • Relevant experience in Business Development, working as product manager, sales specialist, or business developer.
    • Sound knowledge of W&WW and HVACR markets and applications.
    • Leadership, strategic mindset, and influence and negotiation abilities.
    • Proficient in Spanish and fluent in English.
    • Electrical/electronical engineering degree.
    • Availability to travel frequently.
