Overview of North America (NA) Marketing + Communications 

The North America Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accenture’s $20B+ North American market (United States and Canada).  Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accenture’s leaders, and engages and inspires the company’s North American people, recruits and alumni. It positions Accenture in the heart of local innovation, business and technology communities and champions programs for equality, inclusion and diversity within Accenture North America and the communities it serves. 
 
YOUR ROLE:

Role Scope

• Create a wide-range of written material for Accenture audiences in support of internal communication strategies and business objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PE Business Partners, Stakeholders and other M+C teams

• Prepare for projects, including SME discussions, interviews, review of materials, development of outlines, etc.

• Write, proofread, edit

• Apply Accenture writing and style guide

• Ensure writing is accessible and culturally appropriate

• Seek, learn and apply highest standards of writing quality for every channel and application

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of internal communications experience

• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in writing and editing in English

Professional Skills:

• Proven communication planning and working management skills

• Strong teaming and collaboration skills.

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Quick self-starter with a proven record of success.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Able to work effectively across functional and geographic groups.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role 

California: $67,900 - $154,800

Colorado: $67,900 - $133,700

New York City: $78,600 - $154,800

Washington: $72,300 - $142,400
