Partner with client relationship marketing leadership to execute and support marketing strategy and engagement plans for our priority accounts. This may include development of insights around key buyers, awareness and execution of client-specific events and showcases, contextualization of global and industry content, customization of digital marketing programs like email nurture campaigns, development of value reports, and more
Execute marketing and engagement plans for our accounts at scale by prioritizing industry, sub-industry, and function of clients within a market
Use project intake and management tools specific to Marketing + Communications to ensure consistency and efficiency
Measure our marketing and engagement plans against agreed-upon KPIs and use feedback loops for continuous improvement
Account-based marketing or pursuit/deal-based marketing experience desirable
Broad marketing skill set, including event management, campaign activation, social media strategy, and data and analytics reporting
Demonstrable experience in using different promotion channels, including social media, events, email and direct mail
Brilliant project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate and build relationships at senior levels within a large, matrixed organization
Team player with great interpersonal skills
Creativity, flair, self-starter and innovative in how to achieve differentiation for marketing campaigns
Enthusiasm, passion for marketing and can-do attitude
Experience with Salesforce or similar client relationship marketing (CRM) platform desirable, e.g. reporting, campaign set up
Experience using Eloqua (or similar email platform) desirable
Skilled in data and analytics to help interpret insights and action plans
Good knowledge of Microsoft suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
Design skills are nice to have, but not essential

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
