You are a business strategist who believes in data and analytics helps transform business. Someone who can help our clients set and realize their vision through a strong data and analytics strategy. You will help our clients with assessments and value targeting. Also, you will help them shape their operating model and correlating talent strategy for data and analytics. You can translate complex data and analytics needs into plain English for our clients. Clients listen to you because you are a strong communicator and passionate problem solver and have the skill depth and moxie to back it up.
Manage strategy development and functional insight operating model skills to influence client digital agenda.
Partner with clients to make bold decisions intersecting business and data analytics.
Understand client industry landscape in the context of business trends.
Adapt and implement digital, data analytics transformation solutions and driver value led work.
Map clients state of data and analytics maturity along with correlating recommendations as to how to transform and drive outcomes.
Here’s what you need:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, econometrics, mathematics, marketing, or operations analysis or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Minimum of 5 years using data strategy, data science, data analytics to achieve business goals in large organizations
Minimum of 5 years working in capital markets (Wealth and Asset Management), deep familiarity with financial data sets, signals and use cases
Bonus points if:
Minimum of 5 years leading teams and managing multiple projects from multiple locations
Minimum of 5 years of strategy experience
Minimum of 5 years working in a consulting capacity helping clients make their companies work better
You know your way around ML and AI technical architecture, and you are a gifted communicator and presenter
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880 - $227,600 and information on benefits offered is here.
