Application Development Manager

Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Minneapolis, MN): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Manager in Minneapolis, MN to design, develop and support Mortgage Cadences software products. S/he will perform the following duties: as part of a scrum team, work with stakeholders and product owners to create full stack software code to fulfill product requirements; assist in quality and validation process by creating unit tests and manually testing code against acceptance criteria; create supporting technical documentation where required; guide and mentor junior software developers as part of a team; adheres to and promotes coding standards, architectural designs and methodologies. strong knowledge of design patterns and their implementation while providing guidance and support for the patterns used to the broader team; deep toolbox knowledge of technical tools which include but are not limited to: UNQ, Azure Dev-Ops, unit testing tools, WPF; plus, the ability to analyze and utilize future tools.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field plus 8 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, Consultant or related IT positions including the following professional experience: 8 years of experience with web software design/development in full application life cycle development; 6 years of experience utilizing C#, SQL, Angular and JavaScript programming in a test driven development and SCRUM/Agile environment; 6 years of experience leveraging .NET and IIS. specifically relating to Windows services running on multiple environments including the configuration and deployment of new services; 4 years of experience using XML and XML translation tools; 4 years of experience using design patterns and their implementation.

Telecommuting is permitted. Employee needs to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
