    Position summary

    Application Development Team Lead (Accenture LLP; Minneapolis, MN): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Team Lead in Minneapolis, MN, and the job duties are as follows:

    • Develop, design, and maintain software products or systems to support client strategies.
    • Analyze, design, build, and test new components or enhancements to existing modules, under direct supervision.
    • Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications, as directed.
    • Maintain applications according to SLAs.
    • Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications, under direct supervision.
    • Understand strategic direction set by management as it relates to team goals.
    • Seek guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments and develop skills needed to execute responsibilities.
    • Fix the Security Vulnerabilities on the application and server platforms.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in the IT consulting industry.

    Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

    • Analyzing, designing, building, and testing new components or enhancements to existing modules utilizing Oracle technologies in Unix or Linux platform;
    • Developing and building automation use cases utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and processes;
    • Administering software applications built in Express Serverless Platform microservices;
    • Supporting and maintaining software applications utilizing JBoss and Java technologies;
    • Reviewing end-to-end functional and technical designs;
    • Creating and optimizing database queries; and
    • Managing user production issue to ensure efficient and timely resolution.

    Must have 1 year of experience in supporting and maintaining software applications migrated to AWS Cloud.

    Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
