Business & Integration Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; Houston, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business & Integration Architecture Manager in Houston, TX, and the job duties are as follows:

• Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.
• Manage the project progress and course correction plans based on requirements.
• Build team based on the skill set needed for the project and budget allocated.
• Conduct and attend meetings of new project proposals with stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress to Accenture and Client leadership.
• Provide performance feedback to team members and recommend for suitable career progression.
• Supervise project spending and adjusting according to the budget.
• Provide estimates for the projects & ensure adherence of service level agreements and commitment as per the contract between Accenture and the client.
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
• Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Performing business system analysis, including requirement analysis, creating specifications, stakeholder management, converting business and user requirements into functional specifications, testing, and implementation;
• Utilizing large-scale Enterprise Management Software, including SAP S/4HANA; 
• Delivering requirements for Agile teams, managing Junior Functional Consultants and Functional leads, and architecting system integrations; and
• Preparing project estimates and financial reports.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Delivering projects, creation of end-to-end system integrated solutions, and using testing tools, including HP ALM;
• Designing, building, testing, and deployment of end-to-end supply chain solutions;
• Building end-to-end functional proposals and designs for medium to large size projects; and 
• Analyzing, formatting, and conducting user acceptance testing.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
