The Business Operations Associate Manager supports the effective client-service delivery of engagements led by a global Finance and Accounting organization. This includes the direct interaction and collaboration of activities with both Account Leadership and Client. Responsibilities may include the strategic design, development and execution of business processes, providing training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitating invoicing, roster management, forecasting and the sales pipeline, and planning and coordinating projects initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the internal Business Ops information including but not limited roster information and credentials, historical financial analysis, and footprint across client’s functional spaces

• Responsible for overseeing all invoice submission timeliness and accuracy while ensuring the timely payment of invoices

• Responsible for the planning and team’s execution of global and local engagement activities and trainings

• Support standard management reporting processes and metrics

• Deploy process through agile change management. Operate, maintain process, and measure/report performance.

• Execute projects and campaigns directly related to delivering on leaderships’ priorities

• Provide ad hoc analysis and support as required to both the Account Lead

• Define and visualize business change/transformation strategy

**Please note that this role can sit anywhere in the US as long as permanent residence is 90 miles of a corporate office.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum of 3 years of financial or portfolio management experience

• Minimum of 3 years of project management or administrative support experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting client facing work (strong client relationship management skills)

• Strong data analytics skills

• Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Skype)

• Proven ability to design and deliver high quality deliverables

Professional Skills:

• Strong attention to detail

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $62,640 - $143,900 and information on benefits offered is here.
